Information regarding your pensions and benefits online account:
Knowing that passwords alone can no longer be trusted to keep your information secure, we are introducing Multi-Factor Authentication to Benefitsolver for employees and administrators. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security system that requires more than one method of authentication from independent categories of credentials to verify the user’s identity for a login or other transaction. To put it simply, it requires the user to provide more than one way of establishing their identity before getting access to the system. Action Required
A code will generate and then be sent via the method you selected. For text, you will need to enter your cell phone number; for email, the system will generate an email to the address registered with Benefitsolver; for TOTP, you will need to download an authenticator app on your cell phone or smart device.
You may also log into the mynjbenefitshub website through the myNewJersey portal. At the bottom of the screen along with your MBOS and EPIC button, you’ll see a button that reads Benefitsolver. If you do not have a Benefitsolver button you must visit the NJDPB website, www.nj.gov/treasury/pensions. Click on +Access Benefitsolver and register. When you log back into your myNewJersey (www.nj.gov) account you should now see the Benefitsolver button.
