The MyChoice® Mobile App makes it easy to access your benefits wherever, whenever.
MyChoice will allow you to:
- Store digital versions of your ID cards
- Add dependents or remove dependents
- Chat with Sofia℠, your personal benefits assistant
The MyChoice Mobile App is available for either iOS or Android. Once downloaded, you can login with the same username and password you use for mynjbenefitshub.nj.gov
